Are you not satisfied with your order? We think it's a shame and we would like to hear what we can do to make you satisfied.
You can return your order within 14 days and we will make sure that the purchase amount is transferred as soon as possible. Please note: Return costs are not refundable. Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
To return your goods, you must contact us in advance to submit a request and receive the return form. Unfortunately, we cannot approve your return without a return form.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all relevant parts, components and packaging, exactly as you received it.
- Breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be in unused condition. Products may also not have been in cash with sweat.
- The product appears to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge shipping costs to the customer.
- A return will be processed within 14 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process.

Please ensure that the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage upon immediate receipt
- First name + last name of the customer
- Customer address
* If information is missing on the return form, we are unfortunately unable to inspect the returned product(s) and cannot issue a credit. In this case, we will make an attempt to contact you and fill in the missing information so far.
Once you have received all the goods you have ordered from us, we will advise you about the return and give you the return address.
Never send the return directly to the sender!
You as the customer are responsible for the return costs.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the provision below if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to his professional or business activity:

Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier named by you receives or accepts the last goods.
Because we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they has been submitted. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible until full receipt of all goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is effective when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Returns for shipments in transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and send them back to us after registering for the return via our e-mail info@balantique.com.
To ensure a return shipment as quickly as possible, we ask you to send us a shipping label for confirmation.
Return shipments must always be provided with Track & Trace. We also reserve the right to refuse the return if it appears that the shipment has a broken seal, signs of wear and/or is in such a condition that it can no longer be sold to external parties. Washed clothing will also be refused.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
We do not accept returns of products participating in the final sale and which are hygienic (swimwear, lingerie, care products). Products participating in the sale can be refunded up to 30% of the total amount.
**ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR SUPPLIER'S CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE TO APPROVE RETURNS. AFTER RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS, A (PARTIAL) REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER
